Orders
Every paid order, soonest first. Set a delivery day as you build the route and the customer gets an email that morning. When a pickup is set out and labeled, tap the button and they get the "come grab it" email. When a delivery is dropped off, tap Delivered. Under each order is every email we sent them and whether it landed.

Every email a customer gets from us, and whether it landed. Nothing here is sent by hand: each one fires off something that happened, and the schedule is checked every 15 minutes.
What we send
Switch one off and it stops going out. Everything else keeps running, and anything skipped while it was off says so on the order.
